Digitization of Material Gate Passes in VISP, Bhadravathi

Visvesvaraya Iron & Steel Plant (VISP) Bhadravathi implemented Digitization of Gate Passes as a measure of systemic improvement as per the directive of Ministry of Steel and SAIL Corporate Vigilance on Friday.

The system will provide a platform for capture storage, retrieval and monitoring of material entry and exit datas in the on-line mode enhancing transparency.
Mr. B.L.Chandwani, Executive Director, VISP inaugurated the system. Mr. K.S. Suresh, Chief General Manager (Works), Mr. T. Ravichandran, General Manager (Services), Mr. Raghunath. B. Ashtaputre, General Manager (Vigilance) & ACVO, other senior officials, President & other Office Bearers of VISL Workers Association & Officers Association attended the event.
