Shimoga: A total of 58 new Covid-19 positive cases have been detected in the district today, the total number of infected persons has raised to 702.
The District Administration has released a bulletin in this regard, of these, 58 were diagnosed today, while 36 were cured and released from the hospital.
One person died of Covid-19, and 13 persons died so far.
The bulletin said that so far 219 containment zones have been made and the number of De-notified zones have been 34.
