As part of the “Amrit Samvaad” initiative under the Mysuru Railway Division, interactive sessions were held at Sakleshpur, Haveri, and Shivamogga Railway Stations to engage with passengers and the local public, gather feedback, and share information on various developmental works undertaken by Indian Railways.
At Sakleshpur Railway Station, Shri Mudit Mittal, Divisional Railway Manager, Mysuru Division, interacted with passengers and local stakeholders. He was accompanied by Shri Lohiteshwara J., Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, and Dr. Akshata. The DRM highlighted the ongoing efforts to enhance passenger amenities and ensure better travel experiences. Passengers appreciated the developments at Sakleshpur and shared their valuable feedback.

Participants appreciated the facilities provided and requested:
Early completion of pending works and opening of the main entry for the convenience of sick and elderly passengers.
Maintaining cleanliness in trains on priority. The attendees assured their cooperation in maintaining station cleanliness and amenities.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Mudit Mittal, Divisional Railway Manager, Mysuru Division, stated that “Amrit Samvad” provides a vital platform for open dialogue between the Railways and passengers, allowing us to understand public expectations and incorporate their feedback in ongoing and future projects.
He further emphasized that public cooperation, cleanliness, and responsible use of facilities are essential to maintaining the quality of railway services and ensuring that the benefits of development reach every passenger.
