ಗುರುವನ್ನು ದೇವರ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ನೀಡುವ ಮನೋಭಾವವೇ ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆತಂಕದ ನಡುವೆಯೇ, ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ (Telangana) ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ಘಟನೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಆತಂಕ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ (Principal Roopa Reddy Murder) ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು 27 ಬಾರಿ ಇರಿದು ಕೊಂದಿರುವ ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಅವರದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಬರ್ಬರವಾಗಿ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ.
ನಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕೊಂಡಮಲ್ಲೆಪಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಈ ಭೀಕರ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗಾರ್ಜುನ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ (45) ಕೊಲೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೂವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಶಂಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಒಡೆತನದ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲೇ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ದಾಳಿ
ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು ಕೊಂಡಮಲ್ಲೆಪಲ್ಲಿಯ ಜೆಬಿ ಕಾಲೋನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಘಟನೆಯ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಅವರ ಪತಿ ಕೆಲಸದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬಂಟಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಮನೆಗೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ದಾಳಿಯ ವೇಳೆ ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಚಾಕುವಿನಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 27 ಬಾರಿ ಇರಿದು ಬರ್ಬರವಾಗಿ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರನ್ನು ಬೆಚ್ಚಿಬೀಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲೂ ತೀವ್ರ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹತ್ಯೆ ಬಳಿಕ ₹4 ಲಕ್ಷ ನಗದು ದೋಚಿದ ಆರೋಪ
ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಸುಮಾರು ₹4 ಲಕ್ಷ ನಗದನ್ನು ದೋಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತನಿಖಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಶಂಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹತ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದರೋಡೆ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತೇ ಅಥವಾ ಘಟನೆಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿವೆಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಕುರಿತು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಭೇದ
ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಚುರುಕುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸುಮಾರು 80ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಂಕಿತರನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿ, ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ ದೃಶ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳು, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಾಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವಿರುವುದು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊಂಡಮಲ್ಲೆಪಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಲದ ಎರಡು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಮೂವರು ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತರು ಈ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅವರದ್ದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು!
ತನಿಖೆಯ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ಅಂಶವೆಂದರೆ, ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ರೂಪಾ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಒಡೆತನದ ನಾಗಾರ್ಜುನ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ನಲ್ಲೇ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿ ಇಂತಹ ಭೀಕರ ಕೃತ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ವಿಷಯವೆಂದರೆ, ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದ ನಂತರವೂ ಆರೋಪಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಮಾನ ಮೂಡಿಸದಂತೆ ಮರುದಿನದಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಯ ಅಥವಾ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪ ತೋರದೆ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದಂತೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಚಲನವಲನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನಿಗಾ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ, ತೀವ್ರ ತನಿಖೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂಪಟ್ಟಣಂ ಸಮೀಪ ಮೂವರು ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪಾತ್ರ, ಹತ್ಯೆಯ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಉದ್ದೇಶ, ದರೋಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರ ಕೈವಾಡವಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಕುರಿತು ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ.
ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತಂಕ
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿರುವುದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಕಳವಳ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಿಶೋರರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ, ಅಪರಾಧದ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

Telangana Principal Roopa Reddy Murder By Class 10 Students
Nalgonda (Telangana): A shocking incident in Telangana has sparked widespread concern after three juveniles were accused of brutally murdering a 45-year-old school principal, with two of the accused reportedly being Class 10 students from her own school.
The victim, Rupa Reddy, was the principal and owner of Nagarjuna Public School in Kondamallepally of Nalgonda district.
According to the police investigation, Rupa Reddy was allegedly attacked inside her residence in JB Colony when she was alone at home. Her husband had reportedly travelled to Hyderabad for work, and the accused allegedly took advantage of her being alone.
Principal Stabbed 27 Times
Investigators said Rupa Reddy was allegedly stabbed 27 times with a knife. The brutal nature of the killing has sent shockwaves through the local community and the education sector.
The accused are also alleged to have stolen around ₹4 lakh in cash from the house after the murder.
CCTV and Technical Evidence Helped Crack the Case
Police launched an extensive investigation into the case and reportedly questioned nearly 80 suspects. The investigation was eventually cracked with the help of CCTV footage, technical evidence and other clues.
The probe revealed the alleged involvement of three juveniles from two different groups in Kondamallepally mandal. Police reportedly found that two of them were studying in Class 10 at Nagarjuna Public School, owned by the victim herself.
Attended School After the Murder
One of the most disturbing aspects of the case is that the accused students allegedly continued attending school as usual after the killing, showing no apparent signs of fear or remorse.
Following an intensive investigation, police apprehended the three juveniles near Ibrahimpatnam and began further questioning.
The incident has triggered serious concerns over rising violence among juveniles and has shocked the education community. Police are continuing their investigation to determine the exact motive behind the murder and whether other individuals were involved.
As the accused are juveniles, their identities have not been disclosed.
