Allahabad HC categorically dismisses PIL on stay of Rama Mandir bhoomi pujan

Allahabad: The High Court today dismissed a petition of Public Interest Litigation seeking a stay on the construction of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

The Allahabad High Court, which has dismissed the petition of Public Interest Litigation filed in this regard, has categorically dismissed and held that the petition is prejudicial.

In a petition filed by Delhi-based lawyer Saketh Gokhale on Wednesday, an estimated 200 people were expected to attend the event and had complained that it would be violation of guidelines.
