BJP leader Dr. Shushrutha Gowda has strongly condemned the act of terrorists who killed innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir on Tuesday. He stated that the terrorists and their Pakistani sponsors will pay a befitting price for this act.
“The abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution, peaceful assembly elections, the flood of development in the state by the Modi-led central government, and new infrastructure projects have caused a severe setback to terrorist activities in the Kashmir Valley. There was a ray of hope for peace again in the valley. The terrorists and their Pakistani sponsors, frustrated by this, have angered all Indians through this cowardly act. This is the beginning of their end,” said Dr. Shushrutha Gowda
“Kashmir, which has been the victim of terrorist activities for decades, now has no support for terrorists. In addition, the Indian Army has broken the backbone of the terrorist networks in this valley. At this stage, the terrorists have carried out this genocide out of desperation,” he alleged.
There is no excuse for the act of terrorists who killed innocent, unarmed civilians in front of their children and family members. Such an inhuman act is a stain on the entire humanity, he said.
“Tourism is the lifeline of Kashmir’s economy. The central government has taken various steps to develop tourism here. Now, by targeting tourists, the cunning of terrorists to destroy the state’s economy has been exposed through this genocide. Such acts are fatal to the development of Kashmir,” he warned.
“In this challenging time, every Indian is united to fight the evil anti national forces. All Indians are with the families of the victims. They share the pain of the victims. We will support all the steps taken by the center to eliminate the terrorists,” he said.
