Applications have been invited for one Project Assistant post for the Optical Sensing Biotechnology Innovation Lab, being established under the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Services – Learning and Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme (KITS-LEAP) and sponsored by the Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology (EITBT), Government of Karnataka.
The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project. Candidates applying for the post should be below 40 years of age.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME) or other allied Engineering disciplines.
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics.
Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60 per cent marks or 6.5 CGPA out of 10 in their qualifying examination.

Salary and Tenure
The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹22,000.
The appointment will be for a period of five years or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier, and will be subject to an annual performance review.
