To make train travel more convenient, efficient, and passenger-friendly, Indian Railways has launched RailOne—a comprehensive all-in-one mobile application that integrates multiple railway services into a single digital platform.
RailOne is now available for use by all passengers, and the Bengaluru Division of South Western Railway encourages everyone to take full advantage of this powerful new app. Whether you’re planning a long-distance journey or a daily commute, RailOne is designed to simplify every step of your travel. This unified platform brings together the features of IRCTC Rail Connect, UTS on Mobile, NTES, Rail Madad, and Food on Track. With RailOne, passengers can book both reserved and unreserved tickets, track live train status, check PNR updates, find coach positions, place food orders, register complaints, manage refunds —all in one place.
Existing users of IRCTC and UTS on Mobile App can log in directly using their current credentials, with no need for separate registration..A major feature of RailOne is its integration with R-Wallet, the in-house digital payment system of Indian Railways. Secure and easy-to-use, R-Wallet also offers a 3% discount on unreserved tickets booked through the app, with payments authenticated via biometric or mPIN.
RailOne is available for download on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. All passengers are encouraged to install the app and begin using it for all their railway-related needs.
