South Western Railway is pleased to announce the introduction of new Vande Bharat Express train service between KSR Bengaluru and Belagavi (Train Nos. 26752/26751) for the convenience of passengers and to enhance connectivity between North Karnataka and the state capital. This semi-high-speed train service will operate six days a week, except Wednesdays.
The new Vande Bharat Express will be formally flagged off by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 10th August 2025 at KSR Bengaluru. Following the flagging-off ceremony, an inaugural special train (Train No. 06575 KSR Bengaluru – Belagavi Vande Bharat Express, one way) will depart from KSR Bengaluru at 11:15 hrs. En route, it will stop at Yesvantpur, Tumakuru, Davangere, SMM Haveri, SSS Hubballi, and Dharwad, and will reach Belagavi at 20:00 hrs on the same day.Regular services of Train Nos. 26751/26752 will commence from 11th August 2025. Train No. 26751 Belagavi – KSR Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will depart from Belagavi at 05:20 hrs and reach KSR Bengaluru at 13:50 hrs. En route, it will arrive/depart as follows: Dharwad (07:08/07:10 hrs), SSS Hubballi (07:30/07:35 hrs), SMM Haveri (08:35/08:37 hrs), Davangere (09:25/09:27 hrs), Tumakuru (12:15/12:17 hrs) and Yesvantpur (13:03/13:05 hrs).
In the return direction, Train No. 26752 KSR Bengaluru – Belagavi Vande Bharat Express will depart from KSR Bengaluru at 14:20 hrs and arrive at Belagavi at 22:40 hrs. En route, En route, it will arrive/depart at Yesvantpur (14:28/14:30 hrs), Tumakuru (15:03/15:05 hrs), Davangere (17:48/17:50), SMM Haveri (18:48/18:50 hrs), SSS Hubballi (20:00/20:05 hrs) and Dharwad (20:25/20:27 hrs).
The train will consist of 08 coaches, including 04 Motor Cars, 01 Trailer Car, 01 Executive Class Trailer Car, and 02 Driving Trailer Cars. This Vande Bharat Express is designed to offer faster, safer, and more comfortable travel for passengers, equipped with world-class amenities for an enhanced travel experience.
