The Inspire Institute of Sport, a world-class high-performance hub built to nurture India’s next Olympic champions, announced the launch of its digital learning platform, ‘IIS Sikhaega’. This programme will make world-class sporting knowledge accessible to aspiring athletes across the country on their fingertips.
Through bite-sized, easy-to-follow videos, the initiative brings the expertise of the IIS coaches, trainers, specialists and young athletes. From learning the fundamentals of fitness to mastering the nuances of high-performance sport, IIS Sikhaega delivers practical guidance that empowers athletes to excel. With videos scheduled to be released three times a month on Instagram and YouTube, athletes can regularly access new lessons to practice and learn at their own pace.

Created with a special focus on athletes from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, IIS Sikhaega bridges the gap between talent and opportunity. The initiative offers expert-driven content which aims to educate athletes about training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and recovery. The initiative ensures young athletes can access knowledge which fuels professional sport through credible content delivered digitally. The platform makes learning engaging and relatable for athletes at all levels by breaking down complex concepts into simple lessons.
