ಕೊಪ್ಪಳದ (Koppal) ಕಿರ್ಲೋಸ್ಕರ್ ಫೆರಸ್ ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರೀಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (KFIL) ಎರಕ (Foundry) ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 31 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ — ಎಂ.ಕೆ. ಸುಧೀಂದ್ರರಾವ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಂ.ಜಿ. ನಾಗರಾಜ್ — ಅವರು ಜುಲೈ 27 ಗೌರವಯುತವಾಗಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಭಾವಪೂರ್ಣ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನೀಡಿ, ಆತ್ಮೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಗುಚ್ಛ, ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲು ಹೊದಿಸಿ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೂರು ದಶಕಗಳಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಕಾಲ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯನಿಷ್ಠೆ, ಸಮಯಪಾಲನೆ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ತಂಡದ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಕ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶಿವಯ್ಯ ಬಿ. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಕಂಠಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕರು, ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು, “ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. 31 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಿರಂತರ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಸುಧೀಂದ್ರರಾವ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸದಾ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವರ ಅನುಭವ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತು ಯುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದರ್ಶವಾಗಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶಿವಯ್ಯ ಬಿ. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು, “ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗಿನ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯವು ಕೇವಲ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಪ್ರತೀಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವುದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯ. ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವರು ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಲಿ,” ಎಂದು ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಕಂಠಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಒಡನಾಟವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಸರಳತೆ, ಸಹಕಾರ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುಖ, ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂತೋಷಕರ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಾರೈಸಿ ಗೌರವಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿಯುವಂತಾಯಿತು.

Two senior employees of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), Mr. M.K. Sudheendra Rao and Mr. M.G. Nagaraj, who served in the Foundry Division for around 31 years with dedication, integrity, and commitment, retired with honour on July 27, 2026. On this occasion, the company organised a heartfelt farewell and felicitation ceremony.
During the programme, the retiring employees were honoured with bouquets, mementoes, and shawls as a mark of respect. Dignitaries recalled their invaluable contribution to the organisation’s growth over three decades and appreciated their discipline, punctuality, dedication, and team spirit.
The event was attended by Senior Vice President of the Foundry Division Mr. G.S. Krishnamurthy, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration Mr. Shivayya B. Swamy, labour union leader Mr. Kanthi Basavaraj, along with senior officials, supervisors, colleagues, and a large number of workers.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. G.S. Krishnamurthy said, “Every employee plays a vital role in the growth of an organisation. The contribution of Mr. Sudheendra Rao and Mr. Nagaraj, who have served continuously for 31 years, will always be remembered. Their experience, discipline, and work ethic serve as an inspiration to younger employees.”
Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Shivayya B. Swamy, stated, “A long association with an organisation is not just a job, but a symbol of commitment. Honouring such dedicated employees is a matter of pride for the organisation. We wish them good health, happiness, and a peaceful life in their retirement.”
Labour union leader Mr. Kanthi Basavaraj fondly recalled his long association with the retiring employees and appreciated their simplicity, cooperative nature, and strong rapport with colleagues.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. M.K. Sudheendra Rao and Mr. M.G. Nagaraj shared their experiences and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the management, senior officials, colleagues, and union members for their constant support and encouragement throughout their careers.
