ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ (D.K. Shivakumar) ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ನೂತನ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ (Karnataka Cabinet) ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಖಾತೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಸಹಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯೂ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸಂಪುಟ ಪುನಾರಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನೂತನ ಸಚಿವರ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಖಾತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಕುತೂಹಲಕ್ಕೆ ಇದೀಗ ತೆರೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ಹಲವು ಸಚಿವರು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಿಎಂ ಬಳಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಖಾತೆಗಳು
ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಖಾತೆಗಳು ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ಇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗದೆ ಉಳಿದಿವೆ. ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಜೆ. ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಬಳಿಯೂ ಎಂಟಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖಾತೆಗಳು ಉಳಿದಿವೆ. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸದೀಯ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯೇ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Karnataka Cabinet ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ
ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದವರ ನಡುವೆ ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಮೂಡಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಇದೀಗ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಚಿವರ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿವೆ. ಹೊಸ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ವೇಗ ನೀಡುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮೂಡಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ, ಕೃಷಿ, ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಯಲಿದೆ.
Karnataka Cabinet Portfolio Allocation Announced
Bengaluru: The Karnataka government has officially allocated portfolios to the newly inducted ministers in the cabinet headed by Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar. The Governor has signed off on the allocation, and the official notification has been issued.
The portfolio distribution brings an end to the uncertainty that followed the cabinet expansion. While several ministers have retained or received departments linked to their earlier responsibilities, others have been assigned new portfolios.

- Ramalinga Reddy – Forest, Geology and Environment
- Laxman Savadi – Cooperation
- Rudrappa Lamani – Sugar and Textiles
- K.H. Muniyappa – Social Welfare
- Shivaraj Tangadagi – Backward Classes Welfare, Kannada and Culture
- U.T. Khader – Minority Welfare, Haj and Waqf, Health and Family Welfare
- T. Raghu Murthy – Scheduled Tribes Welfare
- Dr. Ajay Singh – Minor Irrigation, Science and Technology
- N. Chaluvarayaswamy – Water Resources
- Madhu Bangarappa – Primary and Secondary Education
- Basavaraj Rayareddy – Higher Education
- Shivalinge Gowda – Excise
- Puttarangashetty – Animal Husbandry
- Vijayanand Kashappanavar – Small Industries and Public Enterprises

Key Departments Remain With Senior Ministers
Some additional portfolios that were earlier held by Dr. G. Parameshwara and K.J. George have not been reassigned to other ministers at this stage.
Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar continues to hold more than eight portfolios. Among the key departments retained by the Chief Minister is the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department.
Portfolio Allocation Brings Clarity to Ministerial Responsibilities
The allocation of portfolios had been closely watched following the cabinet expansion, with considerable speculation over which ministers would be entrusted with key departments.
With the Governor’s approval and the official notification now issued, the departmental responsibilities of the ministers have been formally defined.
The new allocation places different ministers in charge of key sectors including education, health, water resources, agriculture, social welfare, industries, labour and minority welfare.
The ministers are now expected to assume charge of their respective departments and focus on strengthening administration and accelerating the implementation of government programmes across the state.
