ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಶಿಕಾರಿಪುರದ (Shikaripura) ಪ್ರೊ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಿಕಾರಿಪುರದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಮದ್ವತಿ ಪಿಯು ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ (Kumadvathi College) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ತಯಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಖರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅದನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಋಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಶಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಯುವಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಋಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಶಗಳತ್ತ ಆಕರ್ಷಿತರಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಚಿಂತಾಜನಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಅವರು, “ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೆ. ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್, ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಇದೀಗ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಸಾಧನ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದು ವಿವಿಧ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೂ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಾಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ವಹಿಸಿ, ರೋಟರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಖರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅದನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಡಾ. ವೀರೇಂದ್ರ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರೋಟರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಜನಪರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 900 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಗಡಿಗರು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿ, ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾದ ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಜೀವ್ ವಂದಿಸಿ, ನಳಿನಾ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಎಂ.ಬಿ., ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಡಾ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಸಮನ್ವಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕುಬೇರಪ್ಪ ಕೆ., ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಡಾ. ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರೋಟರಿಯ ಜೋನಲ್ ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್ ರಘು ಎಂ.ಆರ್., ಸಿದ್ದಣ್ಣ, ಸುನೀಲ್, ವೀರಪ್ಪ, ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
Shikaripura : Hard Work and Determination Lead to Success: Prof. Manjunath
A special guest lecture on preparation for competitive examinations and strategies to face them was आयोजित at Swami Vivekananda Vidya Sanstha for students of Kumudvathi PU and Degree College.
Addressing the students, Prof. Manjunath emphasized that success is achievable through hard work and dedication. He noted that in today’s competitive world, students have access to accurate information through the internet, and rapidly advancing technology should be used wisely for achieving success.
He cautioned that while technology offers both positive and negative aspects, many youngsters tend to lean towards its negative side. Sharing his personal journey, he said, “During my student days, I had many dreams. Through continuous learning, I served as a Civil Police constable, First Division Assistant, High School teacher, and currently as an Assistant Professor.”
He also highlighted his initiative through Sadhana Academy, where free classes on competitive exams are conducted on YouTube. Thousands of students across the state have benefited and secured various positions. He encouraged students to make use of such opportunities and strive for success.
Madhusudan delivered the introductory remarks and briefed about the objectives and activities of Rotary. In his presidential address, Principal Dr. Veerendra stated that the institution, in association with Rotary, has been conducting several student-centric programs to instill motivation and the value of education. Around 900 students attended the program.
