Marriott Bonvoy, the global travel platform by Marriott International, has announced the expansion of its partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to include the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, set to take place across England in June and July.
Building on the success of its association with the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup earlier this year, Marriott Bonvoy will continue as the ICC’s Official Accommodation Partner for the women’s tournament. Matches are scheduled to be held in major cities including London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, and Southampton.
The expanded partnership aims to bring fans closer to the game through exclusive and immersive experiences, as women’s cricket continues to grow in popularity and global reach.
John Toomey, Chief Commercial Officer, Asia Pacific (excluding China), Marriott International, said the response to the ICC partnership has been overwhelmingly positive. He noted that initiatives such as fan engagement experiences and the return of the “Anthem Kids” programme will offer families and young fans unique opportunities to connect with the sport.

ICC Chief Executive Sanjog Gupta welcomed the extended collaboration, stating that the partnership will enhance fan engagement and deepen connections with audiences. He added that expanding the association to women’s cricket aligns with the sport’s rapid growth and increasing global appeal.
Women’s cricket has witnessed significant momentum in recent years. The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 recorded over five billion video views globally, a sharp rise from 1.5 billion in 2024, along with 279 million social media interactions. The final match alone attracted a record 185 million viewers. The 2026 edition will also mark the first time 12 nations compete, offering the largest prize pool in the tournament’s history.
As part of the initiative, Marriott Bonvoy members will have access to over 150 exclusive experiences through Marriott Bonvoy Moments. These include matchday tickets, hospitality packages, behind-the-scenes access, and training sessions with cricket legends. The popular Anthem Kids programme will also return, allowing children to walk onto the field alongside international players.
Marriott Bonvoy’s global hotel portfolio will support accommodation needs for fans and officials, with properties located near key stadiums across host cities in England.
Beyond the tournament, Marriott Bonvoy will continue to support ICC events and initiatives throughout the year, including hosting and rewarding participants at ICC development programmes.
