ಮಲ್ಲಸಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ನಡುವಿನ ರೈಲು ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಳಗುಪ್ಪ, (Shivamogga) ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು (Bangalore) ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಹಲವು ರೈಲುಗಳ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ರೈಲು ಸೇವೆಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನೈಋತ್ಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆ (SWR) ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.
ತಾಳಗುಪ್ಪ–ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಭಾಗಶಃ ರದ್ದು
ತಾಳಗುಪ್ಪ–ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (ರೈಲು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 20652) ರೈಲಿನ ಸಂಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಶಃ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19, 22, 23 ಮತ್ತು 26ರಂದು ಈ ರೈಲು ತಾಳಗುಪ್ಪದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನವರೆಗಿನ ಸಂಚಾರವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಯಶವಂತಪುರ–ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇಂಟರ್ಸಿಟಿ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ
ಯಶವಂತಪುರ–ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಟೌನ್ ಇಂಟರ್ಸಿಟಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (20689) ರೈಲಿನ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19, 22, 23 ಮತ್ತು 26ರಂದು ಈ ರೈಲು ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಾಣಾವರ, ನೆಲಮಂಗಲ, ಹಾಸನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲಿದೆ.
ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೈಲು ತುಮಕೂರು ಮತ್ತು ತಿಪಟೂರು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಹಲವು ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸೇವೆ ರದ್ದು
ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಹಲವು ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಂದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19 ಮತ್ತು 26ರಂದು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ:
- ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು–ಯಶವಂತಪುರ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (16239)
- ಯಶವಂತಪುರ–ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (16240)
- ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು–ಮೈಸೂರು ಒಡೆಯರ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (12614)
- ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು–ತುಮಕೂರು ಮೆಮು (66567)
- ತುಮಕೂರು–ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೆಮು (66572)
ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19, 22 ಮತ್ತು 26ರಂದು ಯಲಹಂಕ–ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆ ಮೆಮು (66505) ಹಾಗೂ ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆ–ಯಲಹಂಕ ಮೆಮು (66506) ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯೂ ರದ್ದಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ವಾಸ್ಕೋ ಡ ಗಾಮಾ, ವಿಶ್ವಮಾನವ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಗಳಿಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ವಾಸ್ಕೋ ಡ ಗಾಮಾ–ಯಶವಂತಪುರ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (17310) ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರು–ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ವಿಶ್ವಮಾನವ ಎಕ್ಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸ್ (20676) ರೈಲುಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ರೈಲುಗಳು ನಿಗದಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿನ ತಿಪಟೂರು ಮತ್ತು ತುಮಕೂರು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ
ಮಲ್ಲಸಂದ್ರ–ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ನಡುವಿನ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಒಂದೇ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ತಾಳಗುಪ್ಪ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ತುಮಕೂರು, ತಿಪಟೂರು, ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಭಾಗದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ರೈಲುಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈಲು ಸೇವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ರೈಲು ಸೇವೆಯ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಲುಗಡೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
SWR : Talguppa-Shivamogga Route Train Services Disrupted
Bengaluru/Shivamogga: Train services on several routes are set to be affected due to ongoing engineering works between Mallasandra and Gubbi. According to a railway department notification, several trains have been partially cancelled, while the routes of some trains have been diverted on specified dates.
The changes will particularly affect train services operating between Thalaguppa, Shivamogga, Tumakuru, Arsikere and Bengaluru. Passengers have been advised to check the latest train service status before commencing their journey.
Thalaguppa–KSR Bengaluru Express Partially Cancelled
The Thalaguppa–KSR Bengaluru Express (Train No. 20652) will be partially cancelled on August 19, 22, 23 and 26.
On these dates, the train will terminate its journey at Arsikere, instead of proceeding to KSR Bengaluru. The service between Arsikere and KSR Bengaluru will remain cancelled.
Yeshwanthpur–Shivamogga Intercity Route Diverted
The route of the Yeshwanthpur–Shivamogga Town Intercity Express (Train No. 20689) has also been diverted.
On August 19, 22, 23 and 26, the train will operate via Chikkabanavara, Nelamangala, Hassan and Arsikere.
Due to the route diversion, the train will not have stoppages at Tumakuru and Tiptur on these dates.
Several Train Services Cancelled
As part of the engineering work, several trains have been completely cancelled on specified dates.
The following trains will remain cancelled on August 19 and 26:
- Chikkamagaluru–Yeshwanthpur Express (16239)
- Yeshwanthpur–Chikkamagaluru Express (16240)
- KSR Bengaluru–Mysuru Wodeyar Express (12614)
- KSR Bengaluru–Tumakuru MEMU (66567)
- Tumakuru–KSR Bengaluru MEMU (66572)
Vasco Da Gama and Vishwamanava Expresses Also Diverted
The routes of the Vasco Da Gama–Yeshwanthpur Express (17310) and Mysuru–Belagavi Vishwamanava Express (20676) have also been modified.
These trains will operate through alternative routes instead of the regular route covering Tiptur and Tumakuru, the railway department said.
Passengers Advised to Check Train Status
With multiple changes being made due to the engineering work between Mallasandra and Gubbi, passengers travelling from Thalaguppa, Shivamogga, Tumakuru, Tiptur, Arsikere and Bengaluru are advised to verify train schedules and service status before planning their journey.
The railway authorities have urged passengers to check the latest official information regarding train timings, cancellations, diversions and stoppages before travelling, as the changes are temporary and linked to the ongoing engineering work.
